Subject: May 12th Klickitat County Spring North American Migration Count

Folks,

It is May and time for one another wonderful Pacific Northwest birding
event. There is nothing quite like a warm, dry Klickitat County dawn in May
with birds singing and wild flowers still in bloom to help us deal with
life's other realities.

Last year we had 181 species observed over a 3 day period, with 170
observed on count day. Results can be found at
http://www.teleport.com/~bhansen/s00namc.htm

Let me know if you will be able to join us, and if so, where or with who
would you like to bird.
Hope to see you next Saturday, or Sunday. We will be compiling our results
at Loafers Bakery in Bingen on Sunday morning about 9 am.

Hope all is well
