Hi Tweets, hope no one gets grossed out, but...

Since I'm the person at my condo complex who says no interfering w/nesting
birds, I'm the one who gets to clean bird poop off painted wood walls and
Gacodeck-bedecked walkway surfaces.

Anybody have any suggestions as to what I should use, besides a brush and
elbow grease? Am soliciting suggestions re type of cleaner, anything to be
careful of (disease-transmission-wise), etc.
