Greeting Bill, Nancy and all,
I had a juvenile Black Turnstone at the Quincy Sewage Ponds,Grant County on
24 August 1997. The bird was viewed with a scope at about 100 feet. This is
the only record that I know of for eastern Washington previous to the one
you mention.
