I found some WHITE-FACED IBIS.

I first saw them flying east (up bay) along the outer
dike of Astoria Airport mitigation bank. I relocated
them in the big field across from the Schauermann kack
on Wireless Rd. I counted 27 in the air.

There were also still 8 WHIMBREL at Wireless.

Also spent several minutes assuring the man who runs
his cattle at Wireless that the ibis were not going to
cause him to take the pasture out of production, they
were not eating grass (like geese) and they were attracted
to the short grass caused by grazing and abundant
tipulidae therein.

Mike Patterson Alas, to wear the mantle of Galileo,
Astoria, OR it is not enough to be persecuted
celata at pacifier.com by an unkind establishment,
you must also be right.
