Swainson's Thrushes have made it to the Seattle area. I was at
the Woodland Park Zoo today doing a little volunteer work for WOS at the
zoo's IMBD celebration. There was a bird-banding demo, and the folks
banded at least one SWTH. On my way out of the zoo I could hear one
singing its ethereal, spiraly song. Gave me the shivers!
