I was fortunate enough to hear him talk about the book the week after
it came out. He said then, and he has repeated in other places since,
that he considers the book a work in progress that will be refined
over time. He seems to be actively soliciting the sort of feedback I
have read here.

He has a web site, with a page of minor updates that have already been
made or are planned for future printings (not the 2nd edition). You
