Steve Mlodinow had called me this afternoon reporting a Whimbrel at the
McCains Ponds, behind Para Pond. I bolted out the door and found the bird
where he said it would be. If you go to look for it it was between the
first and second pond as you walk in. it was resting on a burned off low
dike. In the second pond I saw a Eurasian race green-winged teal as well.
