This is actually "the rest of the story" regarding my
first Northern Saw-whet. I found it on the same day that
word came around on BirdChat that the rule had been
changed. Irony happens....

And I've tried whistling out Poorwills (and done quite
a bit of spotlighting). All my Poorwill imitation seems
to do is shut them up. I did find a dead on once, though.
