Didn't someone post a phone contact to report incidents like this a few
months back? Unfortunately, I didn't keep the post. I think there was also a
comment that there wasn't much way/or personnel to enforce the non-hunting
zone.
If someone can locate a contact, there should be enough of us to write,
call, etc.
