Subject: ?? Orange Crowned Warbler

I had a pleasant few hours at the Fill this morning. I saw a little bird
that is new to me. (Being a beginner there is a lot that is new to me!) It
was a small song bird in a low tree beside Union Bay. It was singing a lot
and flitting around in the tree, not at all shy. It was all over
green/yellow. The back was less bright ... tending toward a light gray. It
had a sharp black beak. It had a white eye ring. The closest I can find in
my field guides is Orange-Crowned Warbler. I did not see any orange crown
but I read that that is rare to see anyway .... and this could have been a
female. What do you all think? Could it be a Orange-Crowned Warbler? What
else could it be?

Thanks for your help. You Tweeters are great.
