Tweeters,
Just finished reading Diann MacRae's article in this month's Birder's
World. Always nice to see our state in the spotlight. Was wondering if
Diann, or anyone could fill me in on the occurence of Baird's
Sandpiper's at Mt. Rainier, which was stated in the article. I looked
through the limited literature that I have at home and couldn't gather
any information.
As Diann stated toward the end of the article "no two birders will agree
on a list of favorite sites". No disrepect to the sites included. I
would have included Ocean Shores, Wenas Creek and Robinson Canyon.
If the individual who spotted a female Williamson's Sapsucker at Reifle
yesterday is reading this, could you post information on that bird?
