Hi Charlie - it surprised me too, because of the late date for Black-throated
Gray. But all 7 of us saw it, in the ash trees where the Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
was a few years ago.

The latest we'd previously seen a BTYW at Marymoor was September 26 (2001).
The latest I'd previously seen one in Washington was October 23 (2000) at Lake
Sammamish State Park.

This adds a couple of weeks to that record.

Does anyone have other November -- March sightings of this species?
