Tweets,

Maybe this is the time to again mention the list I started, Seattle
Birders. I intended it to be a place outside of Tweeters to post about
backyard birds and bird feeding, and for it to be a bit more casual, not
quite as "straight-laced" as Tweeters tends to be. It's still very small,
(26 Members as opposed to 900+ for Tweeters) so quite a bit of time can go
by between posts. Anyone from anywhere is welcome, not just Seattle. Our

also have space for pictures you may want to share on the homepage.

I had a third Anna's in the yard this noon, a Male, singing and displaying
like crazy while one of the females continued to feed. After he left the
two females jousted around the feeder until I tried to take their picture.
They didn't cooperate, the little ingrates. (<< subtle attempt at humor, or
lame attempt at subtle humor.)
