Chinook Valley Raptor Count 11/12/2001 0920-1100hr

The weather was overcast with a stiff NE wind. A dark-phase
ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was at the west end of Chinook Valley Rd.

A BRANT was with CANADA GEESE on Sandridge Rd just north of
the Riekola Unit. There were at least two collared geese
there as well, one with a white collar and one with a red
collar. Most looked to be Dusky-form.
