The Washington Ornithological Society would like to announce the following
field trips:

Saturday, November 17, 2001.
Wilson Cady will lead a field trip to Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge.
Birds possible are: Great Egret, Sandhill Cranes, Red-shouldered Hawk, plus
there is usually something good in winter in Clark County. Call Wilson at
(360) 835-5947 or email at gorgebirds at juno.com to find out the time and meeting
place. There is a limit of 12 birders.

Saturday, December 1, 2001.
Ken Knittle will lead a field trip to Sequim Bay to Ediz Hook in Clallam
County. Target birds are: Thayer's Gull, Yellow-billed Loon, Ancient Murrelet.
Call Ken at (360) 805-6204 or email at washingtonbirder at hotmail.com for meeting
place and time. There is a limit of 10 birders.

Wilson and Ken are two of the premier birders in the state. Both trips should
be great.
