Good Morning Tweets -

I was at Marymoor this morning, and at about 0940-0945 the Swamp Sparrow
was in view in the debris pile area just east of the east dog area
parking lot (right near the start of the interpretive trail). This is an
area where the park stores cuttings, dirt and other debris. The bird was
near the east end of the storage area, behind some large dirt piles and
when seen was perched on a branch in the debris pile. It continued its
pattern as reported by Michael Hobbs yesterday. It shows itself for
brief periods and then flies down elsewhere in the general area.
Patience is needed.

This is a pretty bird with very reddish secondaries, a relatively clear
breast with perhaps some shading on the upper breast, and a hint of
whitish in the center of the crown.
