I just got home from great views of this bird. It was located close to
where it was reported earlier in the week, but not visible from Leque Road.
At the Union 76 station, turn left (South) on Leque Road. Follow the road as
it turns east, then south. The bird was located in the yard of the first
house on the left, the one back off the road a couple 100 yards with a lot
of trees around it (and incidentally some Baltic Ivy also). There was a
very friendly lady there who said it is fine to visit her yard to see the
bird. She even said it is OK to drive down her long moss covered driveway,
as there is adequate parking and turn around area. She requested no dogs.
I don't know how long the bird will hang out in her yard, but it was very
happy there today, as we watched it make several successful hunting forays.
