As Ryan Shaw posted earlier today, he, Brad Wilson and I saw the RUSTY
BLACKBIRD today at 11:30AM on Nisqually Cut-off Rd in Thurston County.
Other birds seen in the vicinity today were:

Peregrine Falcon: made several passes at the blackbird flock
Merlin: seen about 9AM also trying to pick off a blackbird
Westen Meadowlark- at least 7
American Pipit- 12 or more
Mourning Dove- 2 on a wire north of where the rusty was seen.
Cooper's Hawk-immature
Crow- with white flight feathers; it's worth the trip just to see this
bird. I first saw it from the parking lot at Nisqually NWR in the AM and
later on the Cut-off Road where the rusty was seen.
