Don't focus on the attachment name -- it can have any name and almost
any extension. Don't open any email attachment if you don't know ~both~
what it ~is~ and ~who~ it's coming from.

Use Norton Antivirus or equivalent...

Mary Anne's address book has been compromised by the BADTRANS virus which
is sending itself to people in the address book, including me.
