Subject: Possible virus alert
Date: Nov 27 21:38:05 2001
From: Mike Patterson - celata at pacifier.com

I have been receiving blank messages and messages with
suspiscious attachments for the last two days. This is
a variant symptom of th magistrate e-mail worm. In this
case it appears to be using the infected party's address
book to randomly assign an address in the sender part of
the header so one cannot identify where the infection
is coming from (though both earthlink and mindlink services
are turning up in the expanded header).

If you have opened an email with a suspiscious attachment
(particularly if you use explorer or outlook), please run
a virus diagnostic.
