i heartily agree with allyn's sentiments. another local bookstore
that has this book in stock (or did when i was there yesterday),
is the university bookstore. this bookstore has a proud history of
being student-owned and managed, and is the oldest and one of the
very few such college bookstores in the entire USA.

i have always found that their science section is the best of all local
bookstores. additionally, only the very fine specialty bookstore, flora
and fauna books in pioneer square, has a better collection of bird and
nature books than the university bookstore.

you can even order the book on-line at their website if you can't visit
it yourself (or if your pocketbook can't survive a visit!);
