In a decision dated September 24, 2001, the Thurston County Commissiones,
stating three erroneous applications of county code, revesed the hearing
examiner's decision approving Lakeside's special use application to construct
an asphault plant. The decision is final absent appeal to the Superior Court
within 24 days of mailing the decision (apparently Oct. 2). ED LEVEL,
