There are at least 14 White-fronted geese just south of the parking lot at
Damon Point, Ocean Shores, Grays Harbor County. From the parking lot walk
due south towards the beach. There is a pond of varying levels of water
where these geese have been all this past week. They are in an area, however
where they are easily flushed by the weekend crowds with their dogs. Since
rain is expected late Saturday and most of the day Sunday, they may hang
around the area. Good luck.

Subject: White-fronted geese??

Tweets,
Frank Todd, bird photographer and author is in Washington for the next
couple of days and would like to photograph white-fronted geese while he is
here. Has anyone seen white-fronts recently? This time of the year in the
past I've seen white-fronts in the Snohomish and Stillaguamish valleys, and
in Gray's Harbor. Does anyone know of any predictable locations?

Greg
