The ocean was looking pretty cranky this morning and the
weather report is calling for even crankier conditions
(with high winds) tomorrow.

I saw two jaegers cavorting around, probably PARASITIC
but too far out to be sure. There were a few SOOTY
SHEARWATERS also very far out. In closer were BROWN
PELICANS, big numbers of WESTERN GREBES, plenty of BLACK-
LEGGED KITTIWAKES and strings of SURF and WHITE-WINGED
SCOTERS heading north.

I could find no Sharp-tails at the shorebird ponds this
morning (which doesn't mean they won't be there for high
tide this afternoon). Most of the other stuff reported
from yesterday was on Trestle Bay at parking lot "D".
