On 10/8.01 I had two "tan-striped" WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS at my
feeders on Mt. Pleasant, Skamania County in the western end of the
Columbia River Gorge. One was a first year bird while the other is in
adult plumage. Although there have been these birds here in previous
years this is the first time we have had more than one at a time
