I am thinking about splurging on a computerized life list program. What software would you all recommend? I need something that works on Windows ME, and allows me to list birds seen in many foreign countries, as well as the ABA area. Of course, I want to be able to record birds state-by-state, and hopefully include Washington county records--in other words, I would like to use a program to keep track of a variety of lists. My world life list right now is in the Sibley-Monroe checklist, so I do not want to have to translate the thing into Clement's taxonomy.

Given these assumptions, what should I use, Tweets?
