No Northern Hobby this morning at Discovery Park, though there was a
suspicous silhouette at dawn, but there was a Merlin in the area off and on.
So it's not been seen since 2 PM yesterday. There was a male HEPBURRN'S
GRAY-CROWNED ROSY-FINCH at the lighthouse and three swallows over the sewage
plant, two VIOLET-GREENS and a CLIFF SWALLOW.

Yesterday I saw one PARASITIC JAEGER harassing Bonaparte's Gulls at Edmonds,
an AMERICAN GOLDEN-PLOVER and a SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHER with a deformed
billed that looked kind of like a Stilt Sandpiper at the head of Sequim Bay,
and one immature BROWN PELICAN at Ediz Hook, but no Rock Sandpiper there (or
hardly any other shorebirds either) as the tide was too high.
