This afternoon, I noticed a 1st winter WHITE-THROATED SPARROW
below the sunflower feeder. It was joined by several GOLDEN-CROWNED and SONG
SPARROWS. For the past 4 years, here on Bainbridge Is, I have had
White-throated Sparrows appear between the 1st and the 6th of November, so we
have an early record for my yard list.
