Yes - there's a peregrine there. This is *probably* the same bird, now in
adult plumage, that appeared late last fall (in juvenile plumage) and has
been there off & on since.
Freeway was last seen in the fall of 1998, when she returned for her 8th
winter and then vanished within a few weeks.
