I ran into Fred Ramsey today at the South Jetty this afternoon.
He saw a STREAKED SHEARWATER among the 50,000 or so SOOTY
SHEARWATERS at Cape Meares, Tillamook Co. this morning at
about 1030hr. He saw a white-head shearwater sitting on the
water below the observation deck.

He will provide more complete details when he can.
