Sorry for the late report but this morning at 8:45 I spotted the buff
breasted sandpiper south of the Nisqually N.W.R. by about 1 mile as reported
yesterday and today on tweeters. It was located in the freshly plowed field
off of Hartmand Road. In the field is an old wood outhouse in the N.W
corner. This is the location I found it. It took me about 1 hour to find it
and then only got to see it for about 15 seconds before I lost it behind a
birm. It is mixed in with about 20 killdeers. Best of luck. Hope if anyone
sees it that it is out in the open longer than 15 seconds. Brad Wilson
