There are still plenty-plus SOOTY SHEARWATERS being seen off the
South Jetty of the Columbia River. An adult still in mostly
alternate plumage RED-NECKED GREBE was in the ocean near the
viewing platform.

A PACIFIC GOLDEN PLOVER flew over the banding station this morning.

Birds using the scrape at Wireless Rd now include a dozen or
so AMERICAN PIPITS. There are still 3 PECTORAL SANDPIPERS mixed
in with the KILLDEER and WESTERN SANDPIPERS.
