With a few observers still not accounted for, the Clatsop Co.
NAMC is now at 103 species.

Highlights include a PINK-FOOTED SHEARWATER and a FORK-TAILED STORM-
PETREL from the South Jetty of the Columbia River along with recently
arrived HORNED GREBES and RED-NECKED GREBES.

We had a good showing of shorebirds including 2 AMERICAN GOLDEN PLOVERS
at parking lot "D" and a single PACIFIC GOLDEN PLOVER at Wireless Rd.
There were also 11 PECTORAL SANDPIPERS at Wireless and a juvenile
MERLIN just about as dark as they come.

A MARBLED GODWIT was at the Necanicum Estuary.

The ROCK WREN was still at Coxcomb Hill, but the best migrant
flocks were at Astoria Sewage Treatment ponds.
