Four juvenile Sabine's gulls were present on the water treatment ponds near exit 265 at La Grande, OR today between 0930 hrs and 1130 hrs. The gulls were behaving as per previous posting, they had the typical wing pattern when in flight, and were at the north western pond near the aeration pond. Check at the plant headquarters to get permission to go inside the fence and walk the dikes.
