The Chelan Ridge Hawk Watch site is north of Chelan near Cooper MT (see
DeLorme page 99, D-8). Chelan is about 4 hours from Seattle (178 miles) and
the Hawk Watch site is another hour plus from Chelan on forest service
roads.


The Rattlesnake MT Hawk Watch site is west-northwest of Richland (see
DeLorme pare 39, A-4) on the Arid Lands Ecology Reserve in the Hanford Reach
National Monument. Richland is about 4 hours from Seattle (219 miles) and
the Hawk Watch site is about a half hour from Richland on a paved (but
sometimes narrow and steep road).
