About 7:30 this morning, I saw 2 SANDHILL CRANES at Juanita Bay Park. They
were feeding near the West boardwalk, but were flushed by an early morning
walker. They flew, squawking, circled right over my head a couple of times,
landed briefly on the grass, and then from there to the wet meadow area.
Was able to follow them for about 20 minutes before they flew off South,
down the lake.
Quite exciting!
