I'm with Mike, the best of the warbler flight seems to have passed; you can
literally feel the turn of season. I checked Discovery Park this afternoon
and it was surprisingly dead (I figured the rain w/cold front follow-on last
night was ideal for migrants) just a few YR Warblers around. At dawn this
morn, however, I had a late SWAINSON'S THRUSH still hanging in there up in
Lake Stevens, equalling my latest there but still short of the few Oct.+
records around.
