The juvenile SABINE'S GULL at Sarg Hubbard Park in Yakima, Yakima Co, WA
persisted until 22 Sep according to Denny Granstrand.. However, the SABINE'S
GULLS on Sprague Lake, Lincoln and Adams counties, WA, along I-90 may still
be present. The birds were at the southwest tip of Harper Island on the
southern end of the lake. They were best seen from the Danekas Sportsman's
Access, the last access along the old US 10 Hwy. Bring your scope, the birds
are sometimes a long was a way. On 22 Sep 3 BLACK-BELLIED PLOVERS were also
on the island according to Craig and Judy Corder. WA DeLorme 71, BC-8.

A juvenile SABINE'S GULL was spotted circling over Wenatchee Confluence
State Park, Chelan CO, WA in the evening of 26 Sep according to Dave
Beaudette drtbrdr at earthlink.net Dave also observed a juvenile
YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON on 24 Sep but could not relocate it. To get to to
where the heron was.... From US 2 at Wenatchee, eastbound or westbound,
follow signs to the State Park. Park in the first parking lot which will be
on the right. Walk the asphalt trail south, go over the bridge over the
Wenatchee River. The entrance to the Horan Natural Area is just across the
bridge. Enter the Natural Area and go straight ahead on the trail to the
restroom. Here is a trail junction. Do not go left or right but rather
straight ahead. Soon there will be a pond on your left with an interpretive
sign titled "Hide and Seek". The Yellow-crowned Night-Heron was seen at this
pond. To view more of this pond continue further down the trail.

At Mann Lake, 3 miles east of Lewiston, Nez Perce Co, ID along Powers Avenue
on 22 Sep were the usual expected shorebirds and a single BLACK-BELLIED
PLOVER according to Joe Lipar.

A KRIDER'S RED-TAILED HAWK was report about 4 miles north of Moscow, Latah
Co, ID along US 95 by Paul Wik. This is perhaps the same Krider's that Dave
