While driving along I-90 just east of Ellensburg yesterday, we counted seven
unusually colored buteos in fields over a three mile stretch. They had the
shape and size of a Red Tail, but their chest and bellies were pure white
with no mottling or striping of any type. Most were standing on the ground
in the harvested fields. Several were standing on low fence posts.

Can anyone help with an I.D.?
