Subject: owl records by county

Hi,
Skagit County has a record of Flammulated Owl I
believe from last summer...Charlie Wright, does my
memory serve right?
There is also atleast one GG Owl record for Snohomish
County. There was one at Lord Hill in 1996, but I
don't have an exact date.
Incidentally, I tried for Boreal Owls around both
Washington and Rainy Passes last October without any
luck. I'm probably going to give it another try this
fall.
