4/6 I observed a Burrowing Owl about one mile east of Othello on Steele
Rd near Cunningham. It had a standard USFWS silver band on the right leg and
a Blue VID band on the left leg, with sideways letters S over M. Anyone know
who is studying them and what the results are so far?
