The Rufous Hummingbird showed up pretty much on schedule at the west end of
the boardwalk in the Lake Hills Greenbelt in Bellevue. The first this year
was on Monday, 4/8/02, previous years first sightings were: 3/31/97, 4/4/98,
3/26/99, 4/26/00 and 3/30/01.

I also had the first Tree Swallow on April 1 and the first Violet-green
Swallow on 4/8.
