Folks,

The North American Migration Count will take place May 11th, and this will
be the 6th consecutive year this Spring count has been held in Klickitat
County. We divide the County into 10 sectors based roughly on drainage
basins. In our first count ( 1997), we observed 103 species; our high
count was in 2000 when we observed 170 species, with 181 species observed
count week.

Please let me know if you are interested in helping with our on going
effort to monitor our avian friends.
