Tweets,
Had a couple of notable sightings on my field site today, so thought I'd mention them. The first being at least one Greater White-fronted Goose in with 350-400 Canadas in a flyover. The second being at least 3 Chipping Sparrows in a migrant flock of White-crowns. These are both in the shrubsteppe areas about a mile northwest of the first DFW access along the Vantage Hwy. Charlie Wright mentioned to me that he had several Chipping Sparrows last Saturday in the Taneum and Colockum drainages, so apparently Chippers have started to come back into our area.

Good birding.
