The two Ross's Geese west of Othello were seen this morning among about
4,000 Canada Geese. They use Royal Lake at mid-day, and were seen this
morning on a Refuge alfalfa field in Adams County at the south end of May
Road (2 miles east of Road E SE). There were still 500+ Sandhill Cranes in
another Refuge field along Road E at Road 14.8 SE, just NW of the west end
of Royal Lake.
