Method: 50 min station count from jetty 500m west of 3 rocks
SJCR using 20x60 Bushnell spotting scope and 8x50 Bushnell
binoculars. Birds were sorted as to flyby, sitting on beach,
sitting on ocean or sitting on river.

Notes: There was a large feeding flock of SOOTY SHEARWATERS
at about 300m out from the observation point with birds swirling
about through the entire period. SURF SCOTER densities are
still pretty impressive as well.
