SOLITAIRE.

Sightings for Friday, April 19:

A GOLDEN EAGLEwas seen flying over Ryder Lake and Elk View Road in
Chilliwack.

A pair of MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRD continued to be seen at the southeast corner of
the rugby field in Burnaby Lake Park.

A TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE was relocated at Grant Narrows Regional Park, half a
mile past the observation tower on the north side of the dyke.

A GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE was at the southeast corner of 208th Street
and
24th Avenue in Langley.

Thursday, April 18:

The arrival Warbling Vireo was seen around 37A Avenue in South Langley.

Three MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRDS were on the rugby field at Burnaby Lake Park.

One AMERICAN KESTREL was along the road close to the marina at Point
Roberts.

Two EARED GREBES were seen off the Tsawwassen Ferry Jetty.

Wednesday, April 17:

Twenty SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHERS were at Boundary Bay Regional Park, and a
WESTERN MEADOWLARK was also in the area.

A SORA was seen at Jerico Park.

Tuesday, April 16:

A SWAINSON'S HAWK was seen over Langley at 208th and Allard Crescent near
Derby Reach Park.

A LONG-BILLED CURLEW was seen in the playing field on the west side of
Burnaby Lake. Also in the area were 2 pairs of MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRD, a
WESTERN MEADOWLARK and about 71 AMERICAN PIPITS.

In a late report for Monday a ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was seen at Serpentine Fern,
along with several CLIFF SWALLOWS and 15 AMERICAN PIPITS.
