Dennis, Wow, sounds like your guys had fun. I have to brag about my son who
lives in Hawaii. He is a massage therapist there, but lives and works on a
farm for rescued exotic birds. The vet, who is out there all the time, has
been teaching him to make slides, and all that is he needs to know, to
check for bacteria in the microscope. Plus she got him hired to go on
pelagic trips, to spot birds, (he is learning), and document what everyone
sees. They are also discussing trying to fund him to go to a school in
Santa Cruz for some courses. He would be getting paid for all this!!!!
Never saw this coming, but boy am I glad. I guess dragging him all over to
look at birds was really beneficial after all! Vicki Biltz
