A flock of 2500 GRAY-CROWNED ROSY-FINCHES were seen in Chelan Co WA on 16
Apr by Dave Beaudette. The flock was about 1.3 miles up Swakane Canyon. WA
DeLorme 83, D-6.

On 19 Apr, 2 ROSS'S GEESE were west of Othello WA in a large flock of Canada
Geese according to Randy Hill. The Ross's use Royal Lake at mid-day, and
were seen the morning of the 19th on a Columbia NWR alfalfa field in the
extreme northwest corner Adams County at the south end of May Road (2 miles
east of Road E SE). About 500 SANDHILL CRANES were persisting along Road E
at Road 14.8 SE, just northwest of the west end of Royal Lake. WA DeLorme
A-5.5.

A single, female, LONG-TAILED DUCK was on Lake Pend Oreille at Farragut
State Park, Kootenai Co ID on Apr 20 according to Lisa Hardy. The bird was
seen from the Bayview marina. ID DeLorme 60, A-2.
