To those of you who haven't yet sent in your WOS Conference registration, I
urge you to do so ASAP. Field trips are beginning to fill up.

Currently, Friday night owling trip O-2 is full.

The registration form asks you to indicate a 1st, 2d, and 3d choice (and/or
an A or B choice, in the case of owling). With the number of trips
available, I suggest also indicating 5th, 6th, etc., choices as well, and,
if you really want to go owling, please write your "B" choice, as you will
not be automatically registered for the alternate owling trip unless you
indicated "B."

So far we've received more than 50 registration forms. I'm currently
processing them. You will receive either an e-mail or a snail mail
confirmation as your form is processed and you are signed up for trips. It
may be several days between when you mail your registration form and you
receive your confirmation.

I'll post to Tweeters as field trips are filled, so that those of you who
haven't yet registered will know not to register for an already-full trip.
I hope we will also indicate on the website which trips are full/closed, but
that hasn't been confirmed yet.
